Referrals
For referral sources
Referrals are welcome from physician health programs, lawyer assistance programs, HIMS aviation medical examiners, and residential treatment programs arranging outpatient follow-up after discharge. They are also welcome from concierge medical practices, treatment placement specialists, executive coaches, attorneys, wealth managers, and other clinicians. I am glad to discuss a potential case directly before any referral is made, including whether a different level of care would be the better fit.

Scope and terms
- Scope
- Adults at an outpatient level of care, with a behavioral addiction as the primary concern. Co-occurring substance use, mood, and personality concerns are treated alongside it.
- Focus
- Problem gambling (gambling disorder), compulsive sexual behavior disorder, and compulsive gaming, including co-occurring presentations.
- Monitoring
- With the client’s written authorization, treatment is coordinated with physician health programs, lawyer assistance programs, HIMS aviation programs, and other professional monitors.
- Step-down
- Outpatient follow-up for clients completing residential treatment, coordinated with the discharging program.
